Custom Integrations

The Split Pay Plugin cannot detect all the products created by add-ons or extensions for WooCommerce out of the box, but we can build a custom integration for you or you can build one yourself.

If you're finding that some products are not transferring, it may be that the Split Pay Plugin cannot detect them because they are not default WooCommerce Product types like Simple or Variable products. There are a few options to handle this situation.

Using Global Values

When the Split Pay Plugin is activated and Stripe WooCommerce Gateway plugin is being used to facilitate payments, then the global settings from the Split Pay Plugin will apply to all transactions. However, this may not be desired for all transactions or products.

Building a Custom Integration

Our development team can help by building the lowest-cost possible custom integration for your situation. This means that we would investigate your site structure, including any 3rd party plugins you're using, and determine the best path forward for ensuring those products can be split up for transfers accordingly.

We also have available for modifying the settings within the plugin.
