The main plugin settings now contain an area to transfer a percentage or fixed amount of shipping fees:

The amount of the shipping transfer will be added to any Global or Product level transfer amounts you have also set.
The Product-Level transfer values fallback individually on the Global transfer values if no product-level values are set. For example, if no transfer amount is set on the Product-level and a 50% shipping transfer amount is set, the default Global transfer value will be used in addition to the Product-Level shipping transfer value.
